JEET KUNE DO KIDS PROGRAM   Jeet Kune Do is a chinese based style. The student wears a Blue Tradional Uniform and tennis shoes. The progression is marked by Belts. The Jeet Kune Do Kids program is different from the Adult Jeet Kune Do program. It is more appropriate for kids. The program teaches kids discipline, fitness and philosophy.  The student learns how to deal with school bullies and how to defend themselves against other kids. The Jeet Kune Do Kids program is more physical than most traditional Japanese style Karate and more disciplined. The Student also has a choice if they want to spar or board break. It is not manditory for testing. If you are looking for a different type of Martial arts for your kids this program is what you are looking for. Jeet Kune Do Kids curriculum includes boxing technique, open hand and close hand techniques, matwork , sparring, board breaks and Kid appropriate open self defense. This style is for parents and students who want a more disiplined and physical style.
